We have two days for getting deals – Black Friday and Cyber Monday. On #GivingTuesday, we have a day for giving back. #GivingTuesday is a global giving movement that has been built by communities around the world. Millions of people have come together to support and champion the causes they believe in and the communities in which they live.

While majority of our events at the Downtown Arts District are FREE to the public, we are asking (JUST FOR ONE DAY) for all visitors at CityArts Factory and the Gallery at Avalon Island to make a donation to support our annual programming. Even if you don't plan on visiting either of our galleries today, we would appreciate it if you would consider making a donation online.

All donations of $10 and up will automatically enter you into a drawing for either an original 5x5 painting by artist Lillian Verkins or a KC Malhan tunic & cross body set.

To make your donation, visit one of our galleries or CLICK HERE!

In 2016 at the Downtown Arts District:
- 1,400 individual artists had the opportunity to display their artwork at CityArts Factory and Gallery at Avalon Island
- 16,033 pieces of artwork were displayed at CityArts Factory and Gallery at Avalon Island
- $76,030 is the total amount of dollars spent on art purchases

Thank you Lillian Verkins and Devinder Singh Malhan for donating items to support our #GivingTuesday initiative.
