The locally acclaimed legendary Downtown Orlando’s Third Thursday put on a frighteningly festive face for the month of October. In celebration of the Mexican holiday Dia de Los Muertos, roads closed to make room for live music, street vendors, street artists and, of course, throngs of excited guests.
