The 1st Fridays Art Stroll of Ivanhoe Village, 2011

September 2nd
And every month on the 1st Friday.
Orange Ave. between Princeton & New Hampshire near White Wolf Cafe & Washburn's Imports in the Antiques District.
It will be in this area every month.

The Ivanhoe Village Main Street & The Arts Hub Florida present the 1st Fridays Art Stroll of Ivanhoe Village. The Art Stroll will be along Orange Ave. in Orlando, FL from 6pm until 9pm. The event is free and open to the public.

This Art Stroll features some of the region's emerging and accomplished local artists of all mediums from the Central Florida community creating their works live with original Art for sale. There will also be live music. Each month we will highlight one artist or group. There are always new Artists and work to see.

The Ivanhoe Village Main Street is sponsoring this event by providing the insurance so that this event can happen and helping with the promotion.

For an exciting evening experience in the lovely Florida weather, nothing beats a beautiful outdoor activity. Come be a part of one of Orlando’s community enriching evets and share your creativity.

If you are creative and are interested in being apart of this event, please let us know which month you want to be in and send us at least three images of your work at 300 dpi and some information on yourself (bio, resume', etc.). This is primarily a Visual Art Art Stroll, but it is open to everyone. Buy - Sell merchandise is not allowed.

If you are a Musician, Band, or Performance Artist wanting to play or perform, let us know. You will have to bring all of your own equipment. This is for exposure only. But you can bring your merchandise to sell and have a tip jar out. There is power access for the musicians.

We do try to make sure that there is power, or at least existing lights, for the Artists to use. But unfortunately, we can not guarantee that every spot will have power to use or existing lights to use because some businesses do not stay open during this event. So please bring battery powered lights just in case.

Things to bring to set up with: Table, Easels, Table Cloth, Your Supplies, Promotional Materials, Your Creations, Chair, Extension Cords, Power Strips, Battery Powered Lights, Plug In Lights, etc...

Cost is $20 for a 10 foot wide space on the sidewalks of Ivanhoe Village (Some spaces may vary in size) in front of the businesses and restaurants on Orange Ave. Please be respectful and don't block the businesses doorways or windows too much. We would not be able to have this event without their support. Thank you. If you are paying by check, make the check out to Jason Lee. We do encourage you to pay, and/or confirm participation, early to reserve better placement. But, you can pay on the day of the event if necessary.

Send payments to:
