A very powerful new documentary film about the young Composers Challenge by Dr. Lisa Mills has been chosen by the Florida Film Festival to have its world premier on Sunday, April 11 at 3:45 pm at the Enzian theater. There will be a second showing the following Sunday, April 18 at 1:00pm at the Regal Cinema Winter Park Village. The Young Composers Challenge is an annual event sponsored by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, The University of Central Florida, Rollins College, Full Sail University, and the Goldman Charitable Trust. The YCC is a unique once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for young musicians between the ages of 13 to 18 interested in learning how to write music for orchestral instruments.
