You'll learn yoga flow fundamentals...did you know that, just a few minutes of ZEN can boost your brain power?
So if you're working downtown, grab your friends, pop over to our Pop Up Flow. Enjoy juice, healthy shots and go back to work with some wellness swag. (Limited # of Mats provided).
