- What’s your favorite hangout downtown?
- Downtown is coming back again and that is exciting. I will reserve a "favorite" designation for another time.
- What juicy tidbit can you share about your favorite downtown memory?
- I had fun at YabYum which I don't think exists any longer. It was a great place to listen to local musicians and poets on open mic night...all while enjoying great conversation with friends.
- What juicy tidbit can you share with us about yourself?
- I am fascinated by most things and am excited when I meet an individual who can raise my heart rate. I love laughter and humor is my vice. I try to learn something new each day and I welcome serendipity...in llife...and in the form of a frozen hot chocolate when I visit Serendipity in NYC. I have an alergy to pretentious and shallow individuals. I appreciate authenticity. I admire the creative forces in others and truly love being enlightened by another point of view. I don't believe people are perfect so I am blind to most of what some find least appealing about themselves. I believe that enlightenment leads to growth and in that I don't believe people can ever grow too big. Finally, I enjoy debate and discussion...this is the best way to share your thoughts and ideas. The other things that make me who I am are reserved and one has to get to know me personally to experience that part of me. Peace to you all!

My daughter is the concertmaster for the Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra under the direction of Maestro Andrew Lane, and music is a huge part of our lives. I was inspired by the wonderful performances we were privileged to hear over the years--and this piece so expresses my excitement of music and the dynamic energy of musical performance.
