Visionaries, Benefactors, and Contributor’s can select one
Signature Series to promotionally leverage their sponsorship. On a
first-come, first-served basis, Visionaries and Benefactors may
elect to title sponsor a signature series, such as Third
Thursday’s. Thereafter, additional sponsors to that campaign will
be based on a co-sponsor level. Contributors are only eligible for
co-sponsorship level recognition.
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT (In-Production)

Do you want to attach your company to one of the most recognized
brand names in the country? The Downtown Arts District in Orlando
is producing our FIRST public service announcement, and you can get
in on the ground level. In a nutshell, we’ll produce the segment
(in English and Spanish) and you’ll receive airtime on LATV and
WKMG-TV, Local 6 (CBS) -- one of Central Florida’s most viewed and
respected network television stations. In addition, you’ll receive
coverage on Orange County’s Orange/Vision-TV, and you’ll receive
placement on the City of Orlando’s “Loop” – a video series of the
hottest events in town displayed throughout Downtown venues.
3RD THURSDAY GALLERY HOP (ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP SOLD!)

Do you want to get in on one of the hottest and most emerging
events in town? The Third Thursday of every month, thousands of
visitors converge in the core of the Downtown Arts District for the
3rd Thursday Gallery Hop. They come to preview the newest exhibits
of local, national, and international artwork and partake in an
evening of sights, sounds, food, shopping, and cosmopolitan fun.
Though many shops are open earlier, the Gallery Hop officially
starts at 6:00 p.m. and runs to 9:00 p.m. with restaurants and bars
staying open considerably later.
GLIMPSE GALLERY SERIES (Coming to Downtown, Summer 2009)
À la carte: $6,000 Annually How would you like to support six
non-profit organizations in one swoop? The ALL NEW 12-month
“Glimpse Gallery” series is designed to showcase 6 exclusive
exhibitions from selected arts and cultural facilities that reside
within the Downtown Arts District – giving the public a “glimpse”
into what is coming soon to Downtown. Exhibitions will be on
display at the Public Information Center in two-month increments
and will be selected to provide advance promotion of upcoming
events and stimulate economic development in Downtown Orlando.
Participating organizations will host two (2) Third Thursday
receptions at the Public Information Center. The Arts District and
the sponsor will mutually agree upon organizations selected, and
would target organizations that do not fit the traditional “Gallery
Hop” of Third Thursday’s, such as the Orlando Ballet, Philharmonic
Orchestra, Wells Built Museum, Mad Cow Theatre, Orange County
Regional History Center, and others. In addition, this sponsorship
includes a media preview event held at the Public Information
Center, and inclusion in all related materials.
CHEF'S TABLE LUNCH & LEARN SERIES (Summer 2009)
À la carte: $6,000 bi-annually; $12,000 annually
Are you interested in reaching tapping into some of the top donors
that support the Downtown Arts District? If so, you can be a
sponsor of our monthly Chef's Table Lunch & Learn events. Each
month a different restaurant will host a private luncheon for four
of our top donors, which will each be invited to bring one guest
that they'd like to introduce to the Downtown Arts District. One
member from the sponsoring company would be invited to attend, one
board member from the Downtown Arts District will be there to
discuss our initiatives, and one featured artist will be in
attendance to showcase what the Arts District has done to support
arts initiatives in Downtown Orlando. The chef of the selected
restaurant will make frequent appearances prior to each course to
introduce a new menu item to the restaurant and showcase the
culinary arts. It's intimate and informative, private and

LA MASCHERA (Fall, 2009)

Bronze / $900 VIP
One of the hottest tickets in town, La Maschera serves as the
annual fall fundraiser for the Downtown Arts District. La Maschera
carries a new theme each year and is hosted by one of downtown
Orlando’s hottest venues. Monies raised support the Art Districts
general fund which provides promotional and financial assistance to
art and cultural venues, public art projects, and signature
events.
