Do you want to show your artwork at
CityArts Factory? Here’s a few simple ways you can get involved.
Don't forget, you can always consider a co-op and share the space
with other interested artists, OR find a sponsor to fund your
exhibition. And, when you're renting a gallery space with us,
you're welcome to set-up-shop in the space as your own working art
studio! We'll even provide the tables, chairs, and easels. Oh, and
if you have jewelry, pottery, or small collectibles, you can also
rent a display case for just $50 per month!
Participate in a submission show.
All you have to do is sign up
on our online group OrlandoSlice.com to receive our call for entries
newsletters, it’s FREE! Then, when one of our shows tickles your
fancy, you can submit up to four pieces at $10 per submission.
Submit three pieces and the fourth is free!
Rent an interior gallery.
Interested in something a bit more
exclusive? With the support of individuals and foundations, we’re
able to offer two of our interior galleries at a significantly
reduced rental rate! You can choose from our Orlando Magic Gallery
which offers approximately 750 SF of space for $450 per month, or
you can choose the Kiene/Quigley Community Gallery which offers
approximately 1,500 SF of space for $550 per month.
Consider storefront. Our storefront locations are also available for
one-month bookings or short-term leases. Galleries have both
interior and exterior access and range from 500 SF to 1,100 SF with
all-inclusive rates starting at $1,100 per month.
Commissions and payouts.
CityArts Factory takes a minimal 25%
commission on all art sales and you get the rest! Payments are made
via check and are sent out by the 15th of each month.
3rd Thursday Gallery Hop.
Whether it’s a submission show, a monthly
rental, or something a bit more permanent, everyone who partners
with us is invited to attend our 3rd Thursday Gallery Hop from 6-9
p.m. each month. We’ll throw the party, provide staffing, beer and
wine, and offer light entertainment. All we ask for is your
attendance to make the evening more special for our guests. You are
encouraged to network, schmooze with media, post your opening
reception on social networking sites, and distribute postcards,
posters, flyers and such. We welcome you to extend invitations to
your friends, relatives, and business associates to join in the
fun. The more the merrier!
