The modern-classic architecture and distinctive composition of one-of-a-kind galleries at CityArts Factory lends an extraordinary atmosphere for corporate events, client entertainment and social celebrations. With unique spaces and first-class exhibitions, CityArts Factory can accommodate groups up to 200 guests for an evening event.

Our Special Events team will work with you to create a distinctive occasion, designed for your individual needs where the only limitation is your imagination. Invite your guests to enjoy cocktails and dancing, an exclusive viewing of our special exhibitions, or a reception prior to a performance with priority seating at SAK Comedy Lab in our complex.

PRIVATE RENTALS

Private events and receptions include exclusive access to the entire first floor.

$1,000 (4-hour event time with 4 hours of set up and break down time included)

Private Event Hours
6 p.m. to 12 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday
10 a.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday and Monday
Later hours will be considered on a per event basis.

SEMI-PRIVATE RENTALS
Semi-private events during Gallery hours are also an option. Enjoy an exclusive reception in the gallery of your choice with access to adjacent galleries for guests to take pleasure in.

INCLUSIONS

Prices include the use of (8) 6’ banquet tables, (8) high top tables.  We offer an event-rate parking validation of $4 per guest for those that park at the Plaza Parking structure conveniently located right across the street.
