Gertrude’s Walk Urban Trail: Art Walls
Up to $12,500 is available per selected artist

Downtown Orlando is a premiere destination featuring a wide array of amenities, including the best in sports and entertainment.

The City of Orlando’s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking artists to create artwork for both sides of two (2) walls located on the Gertrude’s Walk Urban Trail.  The CRA anticipates selecting two (2) artists with each to paint two wall sides as assigned by the CRA.

The theme of the wall is Urban Lifestyle. The mural walls will provide continual flow of ever-changing activity and excitement. Their scale and length are imperative in displaying powerful bold art. These canvases serve to act as a catalyst to inspire cyclists and pedestrians to adventure onto the trail and add to the growing collection of outdoor art accessible in Downtown.
