City of Orlando's 2012 Historic Preservation Board Calendar Photo Contest

The newly-designated Lake Ivanhoe Historic Residential District located in College Park has been chosen as the backdrop for the City of Orlando's 2012 Historic Preservation Board Calendar.  The board is seeking black and white photographic submissions of the district of which 13 will be chosen to be part of the calendar.  Those 13 will earn the photographer a $100 honorarium. The more than 260-acre district borders are roughly Princeton Street to the north, Interstate 4 to the east, Lakeview Street to the south and Eastin Avenue and Edgewater Drive to the west. For a map and for more information on the competition, go to

Submission Guidelines

 Photographs must be black and white and printed on 8” x 10” or 8 ½” x 11" photograph paper with a white border.

  1. Vertical or horizontal photographs are acceptable.
  2. Up to three photographs, labeled on the back with your name and daytime phone   number, must be submitted.

Submittal Deadline: Must be submitted and received by July 15, 2011 at 5 p.m
