The Catharsis Series is an event designed to provide an opportunity for visual and performing artists to reveal what’s hiding behind their metaphorical masks. The goal is to allow artists to purge through art in a protected setting. Catharsis is the process of releasing strong, repressed emotions, and this event strives to find artists who do just that. There is no limit of topic to this series; we promote to speak your truth, whatever that might be. We encourage educational concepts directed towards our audience, to inspire and engage the Orlando arts community. This event is not a popularity contest or a time to flaunt talent; this event is a time to showcase artistic creations that come from the heart, mind, and soul.
